Lisa Melton, NP

Lisa is a Galva, KS native. She earned her Master of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner from Graceland University in 2022. Prior to that, she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ottawa University in 2020, along with her Associate of Applied Science as a Registered Nurse from Cloud County Community College. She also completed her LPN certification through North Central Kansas Technical College.

Following her graduate training, Lisa has served in both clinical and leadership roles, including her current position as a Nurse Practitioner and Clinical Services Director. She brings extensive experience in rural healthcare, with over 10 years working in hospital settings including emergency care, surgery, and medical-surgical units. She has a strong background in patient assessment, treatment planning, and improving patient outcomes through comprehensive, individualized care.

Lisa is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and has experience managing a wide range of acute and chronic conditions. She is also Botox certified and has a particular interest in preventive care and patient education.

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family and serving her local community.
